What is an electric mini crawler crane?

The electric mini crawler crane is a load-lifting device that is particularly suitable for indoor work. Below, you will find the information you need to understand whether it is the right tool for your needs.

Structure: the electric crawler mini crane is a device consisting of a mobile crawler carriage to which are anchored:

Spider lift stabilisers for positioning and stationing the vehicle. They provide stability and safety to the structure
The fifth wheel rotates 360° to allow the operable boom to rotate and turn and thus reach any point within 360°.
Extendable extension arm at the end of which the loading hook is mounted

Power supply: the power supply provided for these instruments is battery-electric.

Maximum capacity: the capacity varies depending on the model and size of the instrument. It generally ranges from 900kg to 4000kg.

Dimensions: the compact dimensions and equally low weight allow the mini crane to be transported to places that are difficult to access with other lifting equipment. The mini crane can also be transported through doorways and into special hoists.

Features of cantilever cranes

The cantilever crane is a practical manual lifting machine. It is recommended for the routine movement of goods and loads in warehouses, industrial settings, electrical and hydraulic assembly and construction sites.

Structure: a ballasted trolley on which mounts:

Cantilever arm with the possibility of multi-step extension at the end of which the loading hook is mounted.
Steering handle for easy manoeuvring of the trolley and mechanical arm.
4 wheels, 2 of which are steerable.

Power supply: Manual. This is a push-and-pull trolley fully manually operated by the operator.

Maximum capacity: 1000kg depending on the model it can carry smaller or larger loads.

Dimensions: This is a compact instrument that is easily transportable and relocatable.

Operating controls: Fully manual. A double pump system allows all mechanical parts to be moved easily without any effort on the part of the operator.
