L.L.D. 81/08 establishes the conduct that the employer must implement regarding work equipment for lifting loads and personnel, such as aerial platforms (Elevating Work Platforms) and Forklifts. The Decree lays down and sanctions the rules concerning the obligation to train the operators in charge of such lifting devices, the PPE that are indispensable in their use, and the periodic checks necessary to assess the condition of the equipment. The obligations arising from the verification of lifting equipment refer to all stages of the equipment's life from its commissioning to its cessation of service. Leader can assist you in implementing all the steps required by the decree so that you can regularise every aspect of your aerial platform. We handle periodic inspections for lifting equipment, forklifts, and aerial platforms. Contact us to request a quote for our overhaul work and any necessary documentation.

COMMISSIONING
From the moment the aerial platform is put into service, the company must notify the INAIL responsible for the territory in which it is located of the commissioning of the machine.
FIRST VERIFICATION
One year after commissioning, the company must request the first verification of the machine. This verification is carried out by ISPESL. After 45 days, has INAIL still not sent a technician to check the vehicle? Then the company is obliged to engage other public or private entities in the annual check.
